Welcome to Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) online donation website. Thank you for your support of public education through this donation offer.

Monetary: EducateFairfax is the 501(c)3 philanthropic arm of the school system and accepts monetary gifts from the community on behalf of FCPS. The “how to donate webpage shares how you can make a donation to support all FCPS students and educators. Contact the EducateFairfax office directly with any questions, 571-423-1031.

Goods: If you would like to donate your used vehicle, computer, musical instrument or other goods to FCPS, we ask that you use the online donation form below. Completion of this online form allows us to better support donors, track donations, and send thank you tax receipts.

This is a four-step process that will take about 5 minutes of your time. Depending on the item(s) offered and the complexities of delivery or pickup, the process can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Step One: Complete the donation offer online form below.

  • Step Two: An FCPS staff member will contact you within 2 to 5 business days to determine if the item(s) offered will be accepted or declined. Delivery or pickup options will be discussed.

  • Step Three: Delivery or pickup of item(s).

  • Step Four: Once the donated item is received, an FCPS staff member will e-mail a thank-you letter receipt that may be used for tax purposes.

All donations are tax deductible.
